Moved to Florida, on a job transfer 5 months ago, and moved into an apartment complex that I had nothing but issues with. I ended up leaving the apartment, after searching for many weeks. I didn't want to make the same mistake again. I probably looked at 20 different complexes in the Jacksonville area. Kensley was one of the first, and I kept comparing other apartments to this one. Finally, I realized that this offered the best in overall comfortness, affordability, quietness, and overall appeal. Yes, the apartments are pretty expensive, but it is totally worth it. The apartments are very modern, especially compared to other Orange Park apartment complexes. They offer great kitchens, and bathrooms, and nice screened in patios/balconies. The apartments can get loud, and I can often hear my neighbors, but by nightime, it is very quiet. The other tenants are very nice, something that can't be said most places. The office is very professional, definitely something that can't be said elsewhere. My only issue is that the community is gated, but the gate has not been working more times than it has. Overall though, that is a minor issue to me. If you can scrap together a few more bucks, the move to Kensley is definitely worth it!!
