Everything is nice but....
the staff isn't as friendly once you move in. And yesterday a resident threw a huge party at the pool, they brought a mic and palyed load music and had a monoply over the whole pool. They left the gate open for all their friends to come in, and they took up the whole parking lot as well. They trashed the whole place, left beer bottles and even a pair of boxers and no one has cleaned it up. I have only been her for about 2 months and this is how it is so far...

The rent office put out the notice because of drama queen cry baby finger pointers like yourself! And dogs are "mixed" not people. And you still sound racist by going there with mentioning "ghetto". So just who or what are you referring to? That's a stereotype and it sounds like you are still referencing ------. I don't have to defend myself, I didn't throw the party, nor did I attend it, but I know the lady who did, and she is very respectful, and a good tenant. I did her a favor by helping her clean up and let her borrow my hand truck to haul the trash to the dumpster. But it's messed up that you would ASSUME that the "place was trashed" and "beer cans where everywhere" which is what you said they did WHICH IS A LIE or misassumption. Especially, when it is obvious that you don't know what you are talking about, because all the trash was empty and everything was put back, and right after they cleared out, a group of six people came in, brought a small cooler (probably where the beer came from, took off their clothes and shoes and got in the pool. So YOU ARE JUST PLAIN WRONG to insinuate that it was because of the party like you said, and the music wasn't loud, but it was DJ'd outside so I don't doubt that if you live in building 15 that you would hear it. Just like you could hear anything that might be taking place right in front of your apartment. Bottom line, they were given permission to have the party. The rent office management threw a party for the remodeling of the clubhouse, hired a DJ, and the music was very loud, and that went on for most of the day....but interestingly enough.....not a single complaint....???? ummm, wonder why??? Second to that, I understand that because of the complaints and to be fair to the people in building 15, there should be no pool parties. If I lived in the building by the pool, I wouldn't want to hear a party in front of my apartment every other weekend either, whether it was loud or not. And for the record the word is LOUD.... spelled L..O..U...D, not "load" as you keep typing....try spell check

Ummm first off I'm not racist and I can't be with me being mixed race so yeah don't play that card. Also if you were so respectful then why did the apartment put out a notice saying NO MORE POOL PARTIES, only allowing three guests her apartment now? hmmmmm? Also how come the next day everyone was bugging and complaining to the office about that party and about the mess at the pool? And what about you guys leaving our gete open for anyone to come into our apartments, I moved here because it was safe and not getto. I think the apartments handled it very nicely, we just have some bad, disrespectful residents is all.
