This place is a dump. I would not recommend this apartment complex to an enemy. Complete with sounds of gunshots at night, total disregard/ignoring of maintenance requests, having your car being broken into while you sleep and even rats running around on porch. This has got to be the worst run setup in Jax. I cannot believe the city hasn't stepped in to stop this outfit. What a joke.
