Firstly if you drive around in the parking lots you will find pot holes everywhere.
Apartments are very old and not in good condition. There are holes in the walls this bring in roaches and other insects. Plumbing is horrible. One day my kitchen was flooded with drain water from all the other apartments. And the only thing the management did was send in a plumber. I had to clean up all the mess on a Saturday.

Crime - there was a armed robbery last month and you always find people in the playground doing and dealing drugs and for some reason the managements ignores it completely. I suggest if your planning on getting apartment. Keep on looking because this place is not worth the money..

Well, maybe you should of called the cops when you have seen these ilegal activities. Thats the problem that most of the apartment complex's are having. People are TOO SCARED to call the cops and expect the staff of the apartment complex to risk thier lives. What are the cops here for if you can't call them??? Do something about it instead of sitting back and watching everything happen, don't blame the staff members.
