I am a resident here on the Driftwood side. And I have no complaints on the office staff. Margie is a wonderful and has a great personality, and so does Chastity. The maintenance can get better though. The company needs to spend some money and renovate! The crime...they got rid of all the bad people. The only problem that this community has, is that residents that have kids are not taking responsibilty for their childrens actions. People don't read thier lease contract and they forget a lot about the Rules and Regulations. People complain about unnecesary things, and just expect the best. If you expect the best, then go live somewhere that is more expensive! Like in the classy areas in Jacksonville. A lot of people don't understand that they are the ones that bring in the bad. Its the friends, and even your kids that are causing a lot of trouble in these aprartments.
