First to the poster down there, a person of Latino or Hispanic origin can be of ANY race how do you know that its 90% Hispanic' Do you know that Hispanic is NOT a race and a white, black, Asian, mixed person can be labeled Hispanic also' Hispanic or Latino identity is voluntary, as a person of Latino or Hispanic origin can be of ANY race I say it again. I can't stand people that act like Hispanic is a race when its not. You are thinking every Hispanic is a mestizo, thats WRONG. Stop being ignorant.

Anyways the apartments are alright. Yeah there have been gunshots. Yeah there are your infested cockroaches, a teenage kid selling drugs next door, a party blasting loud reggae music, or a police knocking on your door to question you about your next door neighbor getting a home invasion. I mean the office had to send people warning papers to lock your doors and get protection because of the house robberies but its an alright place to live. It has calmed down. But I swear the walls are like cardboard and that sucks. But look John Lennon once said "I'm an artist, and if you give me a tuba, I'll bring you something out of it." To me that means work with what you've got. It could ALWAYS be worse, thank god we live in a first world country imagine living in a third world country.
