The Staff has been very Good to me I just moved in at the end of December but have had really no problems. The one complaint I do have is about the roaches no matter what you do you cant get rid of them. I mean my apartment isn't infested with them but i see at least 3-4 a day and that's enough to drive me insane!!!! I keep plenty of raid on hand. Other than that any problems I've had were addressed promptly and they do spray for pest every couple months or so. It's not the best place if you wanna let your kids play being there is no playground and hardly anywhere to play. But studios and certian 1 bedrooms come with paid utilities so that's a plus. This was my first apartment and i say it's a good start. Oh yeah one more complaint there are alot of hispanic residents who think it's okay to hang out and play there music while drinking beer all day and night, but hey Welcome to Florida!!
