Think twice! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived here since 12/05 on the top floor and truth be told, I regret it. I was told this was a new apartment unit, however, there is a significant dust problem. I have a fireplace that is poorly insulated, so it costs me extra $ to heat/cool the unit each month. The walls are thin, & noise is an issue, even on the top floor. Lighting is very poor in the parking lot and as a result, my car was broken into. Staff is polite however not helpful in terms of addressing pest control/maintenece and SAFETY issues in a timely manner. I noticed that this complex has a lot of tennant turnover, and now I know why.
