Take the good with the bad From: MAYIHLPU Date posted: 3/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I've been at Lake Gray since July 2005. Overall, the place is decent. Most of my neighbors are nice and I'm situated in the back of the complex where not much goes on. In addition to the complaints of others (parking and lighting especially), there are two things I would like to add. The bedrooms are set up awkwardly making it nearly impossible to get a decent piece of furniture in them. And the office staff has ongoing issues with paperwork. I'm not sure how many times I've been questioned about signing a lease or not keeping our records up to date. The staff are always nice and cordial, but I believe some (not all) are inexperienced when it comes to keeping things organized. We've paid rent and had staff call to tell us we were paying the wrong amount... for 6 months! I think they have fixed that problem, I don't believe that particular staff member still works there. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
