Quiet, but pricey.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
These buildings are kinda old but not uncomfortable. You pay for your own water and sewer (about $20-30/month and garbage pickup $4/month so you should figure that in your rent.) This apartment includes a Washer/Dryer .
