The place was in horrible shape when we moved in - broken drawers, dirty carpets, a horribly stained and rusted tub, etc. Management has been terrible to work with the last two years that we've lived here. The door was locked one time at 5 minutes to closing time, so I knocked; the girl looked right at me and walked away. They do not respond in a timely manner for maintenance requests. Someone threw up on the sidewalk...my neighbor called three times and begged them to clean it up - not only were they were rude, but they never sent anyone to clean it. The shower upstairs leaked and left disgusting mold on our ceiling months ago - no requests to clean/fix the ceiling have been answered. Cars have been broken into in the complex, and this information was not shared with the residents (isn't that illegal''!). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The place needs a major update/overhaul, but I'd definitely start with the management.
