I should have known from day 1 that this complex was going to be a disaster when we showed up for move in day and the apartment had the babies room against the highway. when we asked for a diff. apart. management acted like this was unresonable. 715 for a 1 1/2 bedroom makes me feel I can have "unreasonable" request like this. once in the other apartment which they charged 15 more monthly for we realized all the appliances were broken, the carpentry work was crap and drawers and cabinets kept breaking and were sagging down in the middle. i would have to put in at least 3 calls before mantanaince would come out. on more than 1 occasion we waited up to 3 weeks for repairs to be fixed.
after trying to work things out by voicing my concern to maitenance there was still nothing done.
