The first apartment I had on the property was infested with mold--masterbath, kitchen and living area. Office staff were not to concerned I told them we have Dr. proof of illness in both my daughter and myself. Then they proceeded to tear out walls. Needless to say I switched units. I should have just left the apartment period. THe mangement are very poor, the units are nicely laid out, but very run down and old, the windows leak and the place seems constantly damp. Please don't rent here! Not a good value for your money.
