I lived in Lakeside for about 4 months. I signed a one year lease but opted out. It was my first apartment and when I moved in I really thought I was getting something nice. I was wrong. I was on the bottom floor and the people above me where the most unconsiderate people in the world. I had to go up there a number of times and tell them to have there over weight child to quit running and jumping around cause we could hear every footstep. Then, the mold is horrible. When you move in it looks great cause they clean it up but within the 4 months I was here there was so much mold in the AC vents and in the tub it was unreal. I can say a positive is that I did have a very pleasant experience with the staff. They helped me as much as possible and I really don't have anything bad to say but the actual living enviroments are horrible and if you care anything about your health you won't live here!!!
