Ok, but expensive and poor maintenance

One bedroom apartments are small, even the "expanded size." Pest control is infrequent and it is difficult to get maintenance to fix things. Rent has increased 8% in 6 months, which is unreasonable for a decline in service. This is a complex on the decline. I would not recommend this place for the price, unless you enjoy being close to a busy intersection and mall. Also, cable tv has not been upgraded in this area so no digital phone/television service is available. If you come here, get a dish. They are pet friendly but require a $400 non-refundable pet fee and you only can get $100 back on your $300 deposit (in 2001) when you move out, so it isn't worth the extra cleaning details when you leave. Good luck!
