Loud. Management will not help. From: pdanielson@ewc.edu Date posted: 4/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   People are moving in who have no consideration for noise either by day or night. The management will not make them be quiet even though there is a noise clause in the lease. If you get a loud neighbor or two, and many people here now have loud neighbors, you will not sleep well at night.
