It sounds to me like the previous review is from someone who is trying to make waves. 99% of the people whom I have come across here love it here and have no problems with anything much less the staff.
I love when new people move in as I get to meet them, and I love meeting new people! This is a very nice place to live. Set back from the road, secluded and secure. It is also beautiful! The new staff here are all very kind and pleasant. They have done a wonderful job and I am sure will continue to do so. I have had maintance in my home and they worked quickly and did a good job. They were nice as well. The girl in the office has been nice anytime I have had to deal with her.
The mold release has to be signed by almost any apartment complex down here. This doesn't mean they have mold here. I have not come across a complex that hasn't asked for that.
I just know how much I love it here and I don't want people to be scared off by some crazy post. This is a great place to live.

Don't move here unless you are moving from the North side or Section 8 housing. It is a step up from that. Also if you want to sell drugs and the apartment not to care this is the place to be!!! There was someone from corporate about a year ago name Katie, she was a little strong, but she cared. As far as Mrs. Pat goes she keeps the section 8 out and the drug dealers out!! The new leasing agent needs to be on medication. One minute she is happy and go lucky then it is crazy lady. She has moved it her friends. They have sex in the pool and everyone knows while she locks her kid on the balcony!!! Like they say what you expect when you have friends like that. She has gave her option a little too much she said "I don't need this job my husband makes more than I need" Come on now why would you work if you did not have to or maybe she is unhappy with hubby??

It is sad that the above response was even posted. First off, I don't know of ANY drug dealers living here and if they do then maybe the issue is with whom they spend their time with. Also, the lady in the office is not anything like they described. She was nothing but nice to me. Also, this complex does not take section 8 housing, so really get your info straight. I find it pathetic that this poster felt the need to make outlandish comments about the office ladys personal life. Goes to show you...some people just like to start trouble. Sad, very sad!

This is a beautiful property with as super friendly staff. So dont believe everything you read from that post. Its good to know that the original poster has lived in Section 8. It explains there attitude for sure. While I was reading the post I was confused as to how an awesome community with a great manager could be getting such negative reviews. There isnt even a leasing agent. This property is a 2 man show and it is beautiful. How would a resident that obviously has no relationship with the staff even know such personal information? Oh wait, they dont!!! This person is just full of unjustified gossip. Maybe they should consider some medication!!!!!
