when i moved here i was interested in getting a pet. i was told it had to be under 25 lbs so i decided against it as i wanted a larger, non-aggressive dog. now i have seen new people move in and they have dogs that are 50 lbs plus. i see that some people have small dogs or cats too. i don't think it is fair that some people get special preference. i am going to be moving within the month. i was going to wait until i left before writing on here to avoid the possible ramifications but now i just don't care anymore. i don't think that things are fair here and the pet thing is just one thing! pat pretty much is lazy unless you are kissing her butt.

I went to this complex to look at a apartment, but then learned of their 25 lb max on dogs. I have a dog who is 35 lbs so that's a big deal to me. The apartments were very nice and I was impressed, when I asked if there were any exceptions to the pet policy she said she would ask her manager because sometimes they do.

I don't know about other apartments, but Preserve at Cedar River on Confederate Point Road accepts dogs over 25 I think up to 50 lbs for a $300 fee. They offer to break the fee into payments and include it in the rent. There are many tenants there who have big dogs, and I think the place is okay and it's also gated.
