other than te great courtyard and the apts. themselves are in need of a
total over haul, the mold which they make you sign in your lease that
you cant sue them if you get sick what does that tell you. On top of that
the new management and maintance have no respect for the tenant. And if
they fix something its not really fixed its half ass and it breaks again
and they blame you and make accuses and say you'll just have to deal
with it. As of right now I have 15 things that they will not address.
Like I said DON'T RENT HERE and I know the courtyard is beautiful don't
let it suck you in.
