I just found out about this website from a friend and I just wanted to say how happy I am here at Lakewood Village. I have lived her for 2 years now and I just renewed again. I was shocked to see some of the negative comments but you know...there are two sides to every story.
Melinda has always been polite and welcomes me with a smile every time I see her. She is genuine! We have had a few maintenance guys since I've been here but they are all very knowledgeable and take care of my work orders that day! The staff is very out going and seems to know everyone by name!!!
I always tell my co-workers about this place... I love it!!
