New Management, Must Better Operation From: sweetnlo46 Date posted: 4/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Great management. Answered calls for service immediately. Very peaceful and felt extremely safe. Bought out and went condo in 2004 the only reason why I am moving. Rent hike is too much but they are completely gutting and remodeling the units with new fixtures, appliances and cabinitry. Best place I have ever lived. Like having a house instead of an apartment because of the vast amount of space between buildings. Like having a front and back yard. Only gripe.....not weights in gym, just cardio.
