I have lived here for nearly 5 years and am only leaving because I am not ready to buy just yet.
It have been a wonderful place to live since the day I moved in. I have met many friends living here and hope to stay in touch with many of them. The management team and maintenance staff have far exceeded expections. Maybe if more people would take the time to met them, they too would have better experiences.
I'm sure anyone looking at purchasing a condo here will end up being extremely pleased once they get to know there outstanding nieghbors and staff.
This has been my favorite place to live in Jacksonville...by far...and am sad to go. Thanks for all the memories and for making it a great place to call home.
