I moved in March 2007. I didnt have many options at that point as I had a lease breakage on my credit that I still owed my old complex. I actually have been lucky not to have many problems. Its very quiet day and night. There arent people outside late at night, playing loud music, etc. Ive seen one fight about to happen and just recently someone car got shot up. I havent had many problems with my unit at all. Its actually on of the nicer ones.
I had AC back in 07 and they kept trying to fix it and would not replace it, which made for a hot, miserable summer. Well we are again under new management and they are amazing. The newer units have been COMPLETEY remodeled, all appliances have been replaced with brand new ones, new carpet or tile floors, new cabinets, new paint. They look amazing. And theyve also replaced just about every AC unit out here including mine!! The clubhouse has been remodeled, the rent office has been remodeled, the pool and the grounds stay clean, we have video survelience now. Everything has gotten better. no questions asked.

that video survelience you say they have is a bunch of bull!! All of those camera are fake!! My fiancee worked as a maintenence man at this place and they are all dummy cameras! how safe do you feel now??
