I would not advise anyone to move into these apartments. It used to be a decent place to live but have gone downhill over the past couple of years. Management on down to maintenance is a joke. It seems like they change management every few months so there is always someone different who doesn't know what they are doing. And you have to call several times before you can get anyone from maintenance to come out and fix anything. Also, I would not allow any of the maintenance staff in my apartment if I was not home. It is not safe, there are people walking around the property all times of day and night. I just recently moved out and someone got arrested the same day I was moving out!! If you are looking for a clean safe place to live, keep looking, this is not the place. They let anybody, probably without doing any background checks, move in on that $99 move in special, so you get what you pay for.

I'm sorry that you feel that way, but first of all we don't do $ 99.00 moves you in! We do a credit and criminal check on all residents and everyone qualifies the same. If you had a problem you should have brought it to the managers attention!
