I am a new resident @ Leigh Meadows and have been having problems from the day I moved in...maintenance sucks and it took nearly 90 days to get them to respond to routine maintenance calls....there are a lot of roaches and I have personally been at home when their sorry pest control company came-I have a 3/2 and it took him 3 minutes to treat my unit!!!!!!! also, they only come spray if you call!!! there is no system in place for routine pest control. also, the police are always out there at night for various calls, you see truant kids hangin' out all day during school hours and someone has spray-painted/vandalized the buildings....p.s. the water in the swimming pool is green!! please do not waste your time or money
