If you want to live in an "Upscale Ghetto", be my guest and rent here. It's unsafe, there has been a drive by shooting and an incident where a man shot his girlfriend in the stomach in the building next to us. Management is horrid,there is only one trash dumpster for the entire complex, we have had our car broken into, a child stole our friend's cell phone which was sitting on the pavement right near them when he and my boyfriend were changing the brakes on his vehicle, my old neighbor's downstairs had a crack head break into their apartment and stole their dog of all things...So many unsatisfiable occurrences in which I could go on for days. This is only within living here 8 months.
