Kids & Drug Dealers rule

I was non-renewed cause I failed to put down an inheritance I hadn't put on the application when I applied.
This is a rent controlled property, you have to declare all your assets, at the time you apply.
I just thought if you showed them your bank account, & your paycheck showing you make less than 25K you were allright. Upon my renewal I had to do a re-evaluate on my income, I was now on disability & showed them some money I inhertited was enuf to pay the rent. They non-renewed my notice, I had 25 days to find another apt. I apealed to the hire up, but it is under federal law for rent control.
You couldn't use the pool, they had a daycare & the kids owned it. More kids than any other apartments. Working parents that don't mind their kids, just like any other apt. Gunshots were often heard. Alot of drug deals rumored. Kitchens were
big.
Unforetunely I moved down the street. All apts on Subeam Rd are not worth renting. Its like living in mexico here. All the apts of sunbeam have latios, that mosty do not talk english. Stay aways from Sunbeam Rd if renting. Mandarin is falling apart because of these apartments. House value around the Sunbeam, Baymeadows are will decline, cause it now looks like Mexico, where English is a foreign language.
