I lived here, the black kids run around all day-parents don't watch them. Can't go in pool,-they take over. They vandalize, fite in hallways.
Drug dealers, have gunshots, murders rite near you.
Apt has great kitchen, new-clean. But low cost.
You must declare all your assets on applications, else they do not renew you at lease thiem.
Don't make more than 25K they kick you out.
on renewal. If you get a raise, they have to kick you out.
