I would never recommend for anyone to have to live here. There is poor management, poor maintenance and the people that they allow to live here are horrable neighbors. Constatly noisey. Cars coming in and out at all times of the day and night with there music BLARING! To where I have had my windows rattle it was so rediculously loud.

When I first moved in my a/c didn't work, and then after a week of waiting they came and "fixed" it. Then it started leaking every week to where my carpet and drywall was getting soping wet. I would call them to come and fix it and they would tell me that there was nothing that they could do. After about 2 months of this I finally called an A/C repair man and asked what his opinion was, and he stated that it needed to be replaced. So I called again and told them what I had found out, and they said they would come out and look at the a/c again. They said that they just had to clean out the drain pipe for the condensation, that all this time it had been clogged! SO they did that and everything was fine. Then I got my electric bill. 634.00 for a 2 bedroom apatment that is not over 1000sq. ft. So of course I called the electric company to find out what was going on. And they explained to me that the only way that my wattage that I was using a month could have gone up that much was if our a/c was running on a constant basis. Well come to find out, my a/c NEVER shut off, so it was constantly running, so I took the intake grill off the wall and began investigating what was going on, THEN I found MOLD MOLD AND MORE MOLD, I mean like you wouldn't believe! COVERING THE WHOLE AREA under the a/c unit and drywall. THere was rotting wood and everything, so I called them to come and clean it and there was more comments as if I was a woman and just didn't know what I was talking about. SO the city came out took a look filed a report and told them to clean it up and fix the a/c. It TOok them 2 Months, and i had to move out during that time due to the fact that the mold was making my infant SO sick!!!! They would not prorate my rent nor show any sympathy when I would call to find out if anything had been taken care of. I called the corporate office, never got a return call. WENT UP THERE and still no response from them! POOOR POOR MANAGEMENT!!!
