Dear Citizens...if you are a hard working individual, productive citizen, rearing children to be respectful (not thugs in training)PLEASE do not rent from this place..or conduct business with WRH REALTY. I currently reside at Leigh Meadows and have so for approx. a year and 5 months. My unit has been plagued with problems. My most serious concern is safety. Just two weeks ago (Oct. 31st 2008) two tenants were murdered. The culprits are still out there. After the murders ...a news letter went out and there was NO MENTION of this!! Tenants tires have been slashed and units broken burglarized.. No one never sees or hears anything..(Scared for their safety) Some of the tenants are Section 8...and while all HUD renters are not bad...there are a few who are just lazy!!! (Bring the property value down by hanging out in the corriders all day/night long) The teenagers have no hope. Complaining to management is a joke....the office staff are buddies with the very people (tenants) that contribute to the problems of the property and will turn around and SNITCH as to who is calling the office with complaints. The ghetto tenants all have PIT BULLS...(breed that tenants should not have) DON'T RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been here for 2 years now and this new management is a joke. You can call for things needing to be fixed and/or looked at and they don't put the work orders in and then blame the tenant for not coming into the office and yelling and screaming at them. Lisa the manager is the worst, she stereotypes people either by their race or from where they are originally from. I now have a water bill that is so high they are threatening to shut my JEA off and I have an infant. It is Leigh Meadows fault that my bill is so high because I complained to them for almost a whole year that I think I may have a leak somewhere and they did nothing until the end of September and again blamed me for not coming into the office and complaining, which I also did but the person there obviously just wrote on a little post it for whomever puts the work orders in and then I'm guessing never gave it to them. It's so ridiculous already. By the way, that person who wrote down things on post it's is no longer working here(I wonder why, maybe for not doing her job). This management is completely lazy.

Maybe you should not choose to live in such a ghetto neighborhood where the manager is a racist and doesn't like other colors except her own...maybe you should stop laying blame on someone and lay it on the ------ maintenance crew that is there or maybe you like living in all that BS....It is a choice you made there are other choices out there so you stay where you are at keep living the -------- life that is made there for you....or how about really getting to know that the people in the office think of you as nothing more than a number and a paycheck...and could careless what really happens to you as long as they show up to work when they want and never on time or how about the ones in the office that sleep with all the residents and tell all your business to who ever they feel yeahhhhh and your gonna spend time on a sticky note please there are deeper issues here...Leigh Ghetto You Chose You Stay With It.....

A**H*le I have long since moved....it appears one of two things....Either your are an employee there or a tenant...Maybe you should quit or look for another place to move. One can only do so much in regards to investigating a potential place to live. While the office team knows very well what the ongoing problems are within the complex....what a joke.

I have a business with Leigh Meadows and they are behind over $200,000.00 So I know doing work with them is bad, or even to live there. Thank GOD I don't live there.
