When I always come home with my child and groceries or laundry, kids are always piled up on the stairs. They see you coming and don't bother to move at all, it's gets to the point now where I walk around to the back stairs to avoid confrontation. These kids are so rude and have no manners. I even see the parents sit there and let them do it and say nothing at all. There is always trash sitting outside of peoples doors who are just to lazy to take it to the dumpster. It always smells like urine around the buildings and so dirty. When kids should be in school they are not, I even seen one day 4-5 kids tear down a tree that I believe maintenance had just planted. I am a clean person and keep my apartment clean but the roaches are outrageous, I cant take it anymore.
