2 weeks before we moved in we found out that there was a body removed from the lake directly behind our apartment.
We were broken into by a maintence man who thought i had left for the day, only to open my door to see me standing there, he ran down the steps when i chased after him.
1 month after moving in, there was the "swat" team after 4 men (boys) that were fighting and pulled guns on the first floor of our building, when i called the office they said "we have nothing to do about it" and hung up. The children are like roaches, running around at all times of the night with no parents care at all. My car was broken into and my cd player stolen. Parties, drugs and profanity fill the breezeways everynight.. this is the most horrible place i have ever lived. I wouldnt even recommend this dump to my enemy. a bunch of drug addicte, welfare moms with nothing better to do than to let their teenage kids vandalize the place.. its ridiculous. at the end of our lease, they hit us with fees for the following month, saying we lived there! we moved out weeks earlier and another person already moved in! absolutely horrific conditions

Yes the kids are like roaches becasuse they are just like their parents. Management sucks so bad. Don't move into those apartments beacuse they look good. Looks can decieving very decieving.

I JUST MOVED OUT OCT 2009 AND I LIVED THERE FOR THREE YEARS WITH MY TWO YOUNGER KIDS. I NEVER LET THEM GO OUTSIDE. I WAS NERVOUS TO GO TO MY MAILBOX AND I THINK THAT SAME MAINTINENCE MAN HIT ME UP FROM STEALING JEWLRY AMD TV'S AND MY SON DVD PLAYER. MY HOUSE WAS NOT BROKEN INTO SOMEONE WITH A KEY DID IT AND WHEN I TOLD THE COPS AND THE OFFICE THEY SAID THAT ABOUT FIVE MORE PEOPLE HAD GOT HIT UP THAT WEEK TOO AND THEY JUST RECOMMENDED ME TO GET A DEAD BOLT LOCK. THIS IS DIFINETLY NO WAY TO LIVE
