If you were thinking of moving here think twice you would do better going to a homeless shelter .The apartments are ok except when something needs to be fixed they take 5 months or never come to repair a simple plug or a falling kitchen cabnet comming down after the apartment upstairs flooded .When comming home you better get there before nightfall or carry something to protect yourself and by the way if you are comming in at nightime the baybay kids knock ot the lights in the breezeways to either do you in or smoke weed in the dark or have sex in a empty apartment .In the daytime watchout somebody is going to watch you when you come and when you leave .Dont think living on the second or third floor thinking somebody wont break in the kids around there will take a swift kick at the door and break in (easily).Okay when you first look at the entrace it looks great somewhat other than when you turn to the right and see mounds of garbage on the ground at the dumpster every day the people around there will just throw the bags or just garbage not in bags out there like it is a public land fill .But wait we are not done yet the rest of the property as you drive through has trash all over the place except in the front where the leasing office hook you in for the looks up front .And in the leasing office that place is a mad house management yelling at people with the doors closed every day the only people in there that act like they care is ms tina and ms laws everybody else like the manager goes in the office and never comes out unless she is going home if she ever got in her car and drove around this place it probably would not look like this personally she aint doing her job!!!

I am so sorry that you think you and others need a warden to oversee you. Please remember this isn't "SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION" but a community made up of families. Like the movie, some are good, bad and down right ugly. By the way you may want to take a course in grammar/English because yours suck!!!!

for the user shawshankredemption to compare a movie of a prison to this property really says a lot about the property and the management.Cause in the end the prisoners escape and the warden is no longer there.
