It's amazing how people always like to point their finger at others when they're the ones at fault. There's a lot that you can do to make your community a wonderful place to call home:

1. Stop letting your children destroy the property, playground and pool fence, ripping the sprinkler risers out of the ground, taking the fire extinguishers and spraying them all over the place, knocking the wall out in the laundry room, letting your teen-agers hang out at night and kick in the apartment doors.
2. Stop letting the drug boy set-up in your apartment. When you get tired of him then you can't get him out and want to call us.
3. Stop being afraid to call the police because you can do it anonomously
4. Stop letting people destroy your apartment by knocking holes in the walls, getting the carpets so filthy until it's unbearable.
5. Stop disturbing your neighbors and be considerate of each other

Eveyone wants to always blame management for everything that goes wrong, when it's really you and it's up to the manager at that point to get rid of the person that's causing all of the problems mentioned above. We can not do that without the help of truly concerend and genuine residents. So will a true resident step forward please and give us a hand to help you.

The tenants you refer to here didn't just up and move in. Had they been screened thoroughly you'd be having a lot less of the problems you speak of.

miss tina... i was looking into lenox court for future residence.. i've been there a few time to visit friends .. and it doesnt seem as bad as the people on these ratings make it out to be.. so my question to you is are they over- exaderating... i mean i tried to find out about some of the alleged crimes that have happened in that area on our local news' websites and i found none... @least none relevant to what they were saying...so can you give me your honest opinion?

The majority of the problems at this property are VISITORS of the people that live here. Everyone that lives here must go through a credit/criminal background check.

It's great that some apartments run a criminal and background check, but some tenants can be sneaky and have people move into their apartment and not put them in the lease. Maybe those people are criminals and mess up the place. Also, it can be the visitors they bring. The tenants can be law-abiding and clean people, but maybe their friends are ignorant. Other reasons can be that sometimes during the day, anyone can drive past the gates and do whatever in the complex since no one can really know if they are a resident. Also, I hate it when at night and the gates are closed, PEOPLE WHO DON'T BELONG THERE WAITS UNTIL SOMEONE COMES AND OPENS THE GATE FOR THEM SO THEY CAN TAILGATE THEIR WAY IN. That's aggravating, and they don't belong there!!! If they were residents, they know they have to call up their friends through the gate phone to let them in. Those people can also be suspicious and might do something in the complex at night. And once again, no one can know if they live there or not, unless it becomes a frequent thing. I understand people (management and residents) can only do so much to prevent things, and this is why we gotta look out for each other and help clean the complex. I don't mean clean the complex like you're maintenance, but I mean like simple things such as not leaving your trash anyplace but the dumpster. Don't litter. Clean after your pets. Wear the appropriate attire to the pool, and be courteous and don't trash the place. Clean up after yourself in the laundry room like picking up your dryer sheets from the floor. Throwing your empty detergent botteles in the trash. NO GRAFFITI. Would you like your visitors to graffiti your bedroom walls? I don't think so. If you guys would do something so simple like that, I don't think there would be any issues with cleanliness and keeping apartments from being vandalized. It's called being NOT LAZY and being courteous and acting like real adults.
