As one who is very familar with the history of Lenox Courts, let me remind the management that the agreement with the city and the Miami owners was the following:
1. Lenox Courts would be gated surrounded by a fence. 2. Lenox Courts would have onsite security 24/7. 3. All tenants would have screening and background checks for drugs or crime. Of course, the fence was never finished and we all know about the lack of security. It is amazing that the crime never makes the JSO crime site. You might want to ask what Lenox Courts was built on top of, the old jax raceway capped with two feet of dirt. If tenants have problems then they should contact the Miami owners.

Exactly what are you talking about?? There is no agreement regarding security for 24/7/365.

I agree and I am a tenant. I have lived her for a month now and I am disgusted, aggrivated and frustrated with the management and condition of these apt. If I had know what I was getting myself into I would have never even looked this way.

The do have a 30 day Intent to vacate notice... Maybe you should fill one out and move!! DUH or is it u dont have any place else to go. Seriously is it really as bead as you try to make it to be. Have you asked yourself what can you do as a tenant to make the place u live better... Sure you have.. GROW UP!!!!
