It has been more people losing job, tent is going to the manage for help, they seen not to care if they lose their job or not. Some one die out here one of the problem was he rent which stress her out. This not good if people hear people dying out here. Then they are charging a late change of a $100 to pay if they late at least think about going down, even $75 dollars is too much. Tent is doing they best if they have a least half the money they refusing it. I think that is wrong and they need to waver it give people a chance. We try to get help from outside, and they appointment if schedule later date, then the rent is due. Meanwhile you have Ms. Heather sister in law staying in her old apartment free since last year, which is not fare. Please have a heart to hear our cry, set up a meeting with the tent.

These apartments have been trouble from day one. Built on contaminated land with a two foot soil cap by politically connected Vestcor against the wishes of the community, we have seen murders, stabbings, drugs and noise from this complex. The fence of this gated community has been cut numerous times to allow non-tenants to tresspass on private land. The rumor mill says that an investment bank may take over ownership, change management, and crack down[excuse the pun] on undesirables. I hope for the residents and tenants that this happens. This could be a nice place to live with the right management.
