Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
Many improvements needed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I only live here because I don't want to pay the extra $ to break my lease. My rent increases every year. The service from maintenance is horrible. They can never fix anything correctly the first time.
