A little history on this place from an old tenant..

I used to rent at this complex way back in the 80's, when it was called "Century 21 Apts". It was an okay place to start out, lots of yuppies in here, mostly white people. They even had a dance club that they operated across from the main complex.
In the middle to late 80's, however, trouble started when the place was condemned for termites. Actually, it was riddled with termites and they had to evict everyone to fix it. They shut the place down and had to do so many repairs, I am not surprised that they let Section 8 welfare people in. In order to get HUD money for they repairs they had, I am sure they had to agree to let the gang bangers and welfare mamas in.
As far as I am concerned, let the welfare ------dogs, gang bangers, murderers, rapists, and recently released criminals have the place!!! At least the JSO knows where to find the criminals when something happens. Keep them all in one area.
At least the residents of this place aptly warn those who are looking into renting at this place by saying "We don't like white people here". What they are really saying is "We don't like people with jobs and no criminal backgrounds living here and making us look like the scum we are."
Let 'em have it. Don't rent here.
