These apartments are so disgusting. Lemme just say I was researching on the state of Florida's sex offenders list & found that several low lifes reside in this complex. Hello' Don't you need a background check to move in' Apaprently not' Some dude was making child porn videos in his apartment. Thats comforting! Apparently LB management is concerned about the mighty dollar & not the welfare of its tenants! I see several kids walking to the bus stop amongst shady people, including gang bangers, druggies & criminals. I'd feel safer walking down the streets in Harlem with $20 bills strapped to my chest. This place should be torn down. The actual apartments are so nasty they reek of mold. I guess if your a crack head or a prositute or sex offender, you should move here. Evidently, management loves leasing to those people. If your a decent person, making a honest living, management could care less about you. Charging you for damages to the apartment even if the place was trashed before you moved in. Money grubbing freaks. Oh yea, Is there a maintainance man, or some lazy dude who roams around in a golf cart' If this didn't convince you not to move here, its your loss. This place sucks!!! Can I rate lower than a 1'
