If you are single or a couple, this place is fine. I am single and have a 1 bedroom apartment. I am also a school teacher, so they gave me a discount on the rent. 710 sq. feet for only 494 a month. Its the most space for the smallest amount of money around, and it doesnt look bad here. The place is clean. My hot water heater stopped working and I complained. The next day it was replaced! Occasionally, there may be a little noise from the neighbors... but its not that bad. The walls are pretty sound resistant.
