I've been in Lighthouse for almost a year now and being a single female it can seem a little unsafe but so far I have had no problems. As for the construction the floorplans are very spacious but the outside is awful... between the walls on the outside rotting and billowing out to the backporch which looks like it was set on fire. When I first moved in I attempted to use the dishwasher and it flooded my kitchen, maintainence came over said it would need to be replaced and I haven't heard from them since. The bathtub and sink in the bathroom look they had been chipping so they PAINTED over them.... which does not help the fact that the sharp egdes in the bottom of the tub will cut my feet if I'm not careful. Then with the woman getting shot in my backyard them finding a man stuffed in a trunk 100 yards from my front door and at 3 in the morning last night I hear gunshots coming from the back and then 10 minutes later here comes the cops and ambulance. I am over these apartments, my lease is up in a few months and I cannot wait.

Yup, I so agree with you it's the same in my apartment. And I'm a female living there myslef and I don't feel save at all.
