There is power in numbers. The more complaints, the better! All tenants of Lighthouse Bay Apartments should be allowed to break their leases. The grass is never cut between the apartments, the stairways are rotting, you can't get pizza delivered during the night hours, and don't even mention the dead body found in the trunk, and the lady whose brains were blown out on the premises. If you hear loud noises here, they are not fire crackers, they are gun shots. I suggest that all of us (tenants) contact by mail or phone, Cariv Management. Nothing will be done by complaining to Joanie and Patty. Cariv Management's address is 300 NW 12th Ave Miami, FL 33128. The telephone number is 305-326-7923. Speak to Gustavo Bonilla ext 132. Let's flood him with complaints, and also refer him to this website where we are complaining. Also read Florida statute 83.51. It discusses the landlord's obligation to maintain the premises. Take action now to get out of this ---- hole!
