I would NOT recommend this place to no one not even my worse enemy. I had a roach in my apartment that was so BIG it scared the living daylights out of me. Also I have repeatedly called maintenance about my toilet and the water spots on my ceiling, they never showed up; only gave me the run around. I had to take off of work just to wait on them to fix it and they never came. Then I called Saturday and the ON CALL maintenance guy told me he couldn't fix it because he had a headache. What kind of mess is that''' I'll admit it was good in the 1st year I was out here but when they switched management, it went down from there. Grass not being cut,pest control not showing up and from what I hear, a officer told someone that Lighthouse Bay FAILED their inspection and that EVERYONE needs to move out soon. They haven't even renewed my lease in a year. So very soon i'm getting up out of this HELL hole.
