EVER SINCE YOU HAVE EXCEPTED HUD DO YOU NOT REALIZE THE EXTENT OF PROBLEMS THAT HAVE OCCURED' PEOPLE THAT ARE ABUSING THE SYSTEM ARE MAKING IT WORSE FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE THAT ARE TRYING TO LIVE PEACEFULLY AND ENDURE NICE THINGS. YES YOU MAY GET YOUR RENT ON TIME WITH HUD, BUT ALSO YOU CAN EVICT OTHERS THAT DO NOT PAY.YOU NEED TO COME UP WITH A BETTER PLAN THAN THIS. YOUR TENANTS AND THE WHOLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ARE PAYING THE PRICE FOR YOUR INCONSIDERATIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY. DO YOU RATHER HAVE A BAD REP ON THE APARTMENTS AND HAVE NOONE OF MORALS,INTEGRITY AND RESPECT RESIDE HERE AND HAVE THE WHOLE COMMUNITY PAY THE PRICE BY BURGLARIES,MURDERS,VANDALISM ETC...' WELL SOON THERE MAY NOT BE ANY LHB APARTMENTS BECAUSE EVERYONE WILL THAN JUST KILL EACH OTHER AND THEN THE CYCLE WILL GO ON. I AM SURPRISED THE CITY HASN'T SHUT YOU DOWN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. MAYBE THE HUD INC WILL HAVE SOME CONSIDERATION AND PUT THE
HONEST HUD/WELFARE PEOPLE SOMEPLACE WERE THEIR CHILDREN WON'T HAVE TO SUFFER B/C THAT'S WHOSE REALLY BEING AFFECTED BY IT.

The apt's been like this because they let the drugs in here before the hud so what the hell .someone broke in my apt before hud move in.

Hey hey now. there's nothing wrong with HUD people. Some are actually respectable people who actually WANT a decent apartment, don't do drugs, and treat their home/community like a HOME should be treated. Some people can't help being disabled and resorting to HUD or Welfare.

I dont have burglary problems and I am not on HUD but the problem here is that the management has no regard for the lives of the residents here they keep trying to move more people in all these apartments having maintenance fix those rather than the problems for the residents already her like me I had a leak in my roof for 9 months that turned into a downpour and after SEVERAL complaints I spoke with the construction manager who informed me that it was not in their budget but they are trying and my apt would be next sure they fixed the hole temporarily I now have a new leak that took them 3 weeks to come check out I found out from an actual electrician when my breaker box blew that they were piggy backing main electrical wires they were told they needed to fix it but of course they did not a few days later it started sizzling they kept telling me it was loose wires another professional electrician came I exp what happened he sd that was not loose wires he pulled the cap that holds the wires together it was melted and burnt like a fire had started he fixed it and said if they continue these kind of repairs they will end up killing someone or the building will burn down he sd if I would have touched it when it was making that noise I could have been killed .... DONT EVER MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!
