For the edification & general enlightenment of all the "White" folk out there: When folk of --------Descent say they don't want folk of European-Descent living around them, what they are actually saying is that they don't forgive you for your part in folk of --------Descent being diligently killled off & degraded by the millions for centuries in order to promote the idea that Paleness equates to Purity, so as to faciltate your being as comfortable as possible with the Darkness within. In other words, so long as you can't be asked to play any part in reversing the lingering effects of a lie relentlessly promoted on your behalf (that is, so long as such a gross imposition can only constitute "Reverse Racsism" in your sight), the which in turn causes the lives of People of Color to be in constant jeapardy in any Nation run by Europeans (which is to say, throughout the world), you can't reasonably expect to be forgiven by them for your part in maintaining a world where all human worth revolves around being of Pale Countenance; so much so that the only legitimate "work" there can ever be for non-Europeans in any Nation run by Europeans must inevitably entail aspiring to seem and feel Pure & "White" at the expense of their own kind for whatever short-term gain they can get out of it right alongside Europeans. Or, to put it more succinctly: Aspiring to be a toilet at the expense of others -- and relentlessly ensuring that everyone else either does the same or effectively takes their life into their own hands for failing to do so -- is not, strictly speaking, a forgivable offense.

Quite obviously you are a dumb ass ------, because you cannot even spell the word education. So, before you get mad at the white folk learn how to spell that way we cannot be justified in the fact that you are all dumbass black folks!!!! You cannot even spell the word jeopardy!!! May I suggest that next time you want to rant on about things you clearly cannot comprehend learn how to spell!!! That way you do may not look so stupid in the future....that is if you even have one!!! Keep in mind I am educated black woman who thinks you are as dumb as a box of rocks. Proof being that you actually lived at Lighthouse Bay....which means you are either a drug dealer, ----- or a ------!!!!!!!

I thought this was supposed to be a review about the apartment complex, but since it seems you have no acutal opinion of the complex, I'll say this - you seem to be familiar with a lot of words...too bad you aren't saying anything important or postive with them.

Speaking of spelling, Jemima (assuming that you "am" being truthful in saying that you "am educated black woman"; dubious, to say the least, given your prior admission that "we cannot be justified" in your depravity regarding People of Color), one of the 2 words you identify as misspelled is actually correctly spelled, but is sadly one you are clearly not nearly intelligent enough to be familiar with, and hence also refers to something you are sorely in need of yourself: Edification. Given your clearly stunted intellect, though, I feel I must congratulate you on at least being observant enough to spot legitimately misspelled words (at least, the few you are literate enough to be familiar with -- and, incidentally, it takes very little "education" to make use of a spell-checker; besides which, given your clearly prodigious skill at being able to "comprehend" the readily apparent, I am sure you can plainly see that my original message was edited). As for your insistence on referring to yourselves as "White" (whether you are actually a Person of Color outwardly or not), I can only wish you the most profound success imaginable at being comfortable with your own impurity -- always the only legitimate aspiration there can ever be for anyone, from the deranged perspective of Europeans (and those People of Color who aspire to be like them), and every bit the essence of what it means to be of Pale Countenance to their depraved way of thinking. As for myself and my own "future": I am no more able settle for appearances where Light is concerned than Europeans are able to do so where Darkness is concerned. Yes, "Anonymous" from 5/31/07, the importance of Folk of European-Descent being free to use this as a medium to express the collective psychopathy at the root of their heritage of malice towards People of Color with utter impunity would have to far outweigh any significance of the actual reviews themselves, wouldn't it Citizen? And you could not be more right where saying something positive in the face of a psychopathy so deeply-rooted & pervasive is concerned -- as I myself like to think that such an scenario can never be possible (or appropriate, for that matter).

Damn is it really that bad in the LIghthouse Bay? I am very nervous, my husband and I are new to the area and we just signed a lease; is this not a good thing. The complex seemed very nice and calm.... Is this all a front... Oh boy...

To Anonymous from 8/01/2007: As the only things Jax has going for it are its Shopping Malls -- Regency & Avenues -- the COJ seems intent on building around them by developing the area surrounding Regency into as high-scale a neighborhood as Baymeadows & vicinity are to Avenues. So as long as you are not poor & of non-European-Descent, you should be fine with Lighthouse -- that is, until and unless the City's plans to rebuild fall through (they are contingent primarily on the City's ability to evacuate the entire neighborhood of trailer-homes which border Lighthouse), and it becomes necessary for Lighthouse to revert to accepting Section 8 again in order to restore the occupancy levels to what they were prior to the severe rent-hikes that McKinley has initiated in order to drive out the "undesirables" mentioned throughout this listing by various tenants (I trust said tenants are eminently satisfied now and fully intent on "putting their money where their mouths are"). -- LeviCT
