Well, they're doing changes and improvements. We're getting the health club back, the pools are being cleaned properly, the grounds are being kept up, the entrances have gained gated access (which hasn't been programmed yet), the maintenance is quicker in response, painters and carpet cleaners have started coming in, abandoned cars removed, some problem tenants evicted, police patrol hourly, and just an overall turnaround. I'm still there and my fiance (soon-to-be hubby) and I have decided to stay longer because of the changes and the no increase in rent. Ya gotta give credit when its due and the new management team are trying.

THEY ARE CURRENTLY UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. WE ARE EXPECTING ALOT OF CHANGES. HAVE HIGH HOPES FOR AN AMAZING TURN AROUND. THE NEW OFFICE TEAM IS AMAZING AND VERY HELPFUL. ALREADY STARTING TO SEE THE AFFECTS OF THEIR PRESENCE. THE PLACE IS CONVIENENT TO MY JOB SO IF THEY LIVE UP TO THERE EXPECTATION AND SO FAR THEY HAVE I WOULD DEFINITLY BE WILLING TO FORGIVE ANY PAST NEGLECTS OF THE TENANTS AND OTHER PREVIOUS MANAGEMENTS AND RENEW MY LEASE.
