This is the worst place I have ever lived...it is flat out GHETTO!!!!! Maintenance sucks and the office and management staff is even worse! During TS Fay a couple of weeks ago, 100 apartments (including mine) were damaged, and nothing has been fixed! My ceiling was leaking and mold was growing, and I live on the bottom floor! I have a 3 week old baby and I had to pack up our things and leave during the storm b/c they wouldn't come and fix it! The staff is ghetto and rude, especially the management. They don't care about anything but the rent being paid on the 1st of the month! They don't even offer a grace period...on the 2nd it's considered late and you pay $50 extra, then another $50 on the 7th! This place truly SUCKS!!!!! Don't even torture yourself!

This place should be illegal! I have had nothing but one nightmare scenario after another. First the agent let us move in to the unit without electrical permits being up to date. The stupid inept staff had assured me everything was updated permit wise. Three weeks after moving in JEA just came and shut all the power down. Nothing worked and I didnt even have hot water. Thier solution was to uproot us and throw us into a suck model three blocks away. It took three weeks of begging everyone on my cell phone to help me. The staff just forgot about us. Finally after the city got involved and I went downttown and paid an additional 200.00 dollars out of my pocket the power was put back on. No apology was ever given and the staff somehow blamed everything on me. Now fast forward to august 2008 and tropical storm fay . My ceiling collapsed from water damage in the master closet and the mold started growing from water damage in the bedroom. We are living out of suitcases on the befdroom floor. I cleaned up all the rotting drywall myself off the floor. It has been two weeks and staff has totaally ignored us, always promising it would be fixed the next day. My wife just started nursing school and we have no choice but to move out. I held back the rent money in an effort to get repairs done. However the inept management still wants me to pay rent plus they had the nerve to ask me for late fees! These idiots even stuck a lease renewal form at my door! The front office is run by a bunch of retards who do not have the slightest idea how to run a rental complex.

I AM THINKING ABOUT FILING A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS DUMP...WANNA JOIN ME? IT ISN'T RIGHT THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE GETTING AWAY WITH ALL OF THIS! DO YOU KNOW OF ANY GOOD LAWYERS HERE THAT WOULD HELP ME?

I had to call the city on my apartments Ghettoville USA better known as The Regents. to get them together...heres the # 904-630-2489 call them and show them these pictures they can get you out of you lease or get you to a new apt.
