i've lived in lighthouse bay for 4 months now and since i got here there has been a number of problems which i could forgive but the time frame they use to fix things is not. my dishwasher was broke when i moved in and it took 2 months to get a new one and then after the new one was left in my home for a week i had my husband install it. then i requested pest controll over a month ago and they keep telling me i never called and i watched one of the employees write my name down!
