Renters BEWARE: poor maintenance...poor customer service

Maintenance has to be reported several times before if ever repairs are complete satisfactorily....the 7 months of my lease...after complaining 7 times to all levels of management...my mailbox never had a door...I could not receive mail at my apartment....BIGGEST PROBLEM...THEY PAINTERS SPRAYED MY CAR WITH OIL-BASED PAINT...THEY REFUSED TO PAY...it was reported on TV the same weekend that some apartments had RATS.

When I got home at 10pm...I found a flyer they had taped on my door. This was only 'the night before'! It warned about the painting would take place at 8am. I didn't receive any damage, but remember thinking it was NOT enough response time. I was lucky because I have an early job and was gone before they started...But, what about other people who may have NOT leave their room that day to find the flyer or someone who leaves for work later? ONE day notice just doesn't seem to be a fair enough warning! I'm sorry to hear about Rental-669's experience. The Maintenence and Management here really seems to have a difficult time trying to run this place and making it desireable. Please, learn from our experiences BEFORE you sign a lease here. YOU dont have to learn the hard way-AFTER. Otherwise you will be here writing complaints too!
