I've been in town for several years, and know this Apt facility used to be completely FULL of Dealers and Prostitutes...ooops I mean "Pharmacy Technicans" and "Escorts"!:-) If you ask the Police and research of their 'Blotter-Reports' you will find just how bad this is...(They call this area "sin-city" for a reason)! Around 2006-2007 over half the buildings were left vacant and many of those 'undesireable' people were gone, but plenty still remain today and are starting to multiply again! This property has been sold and re-sold many times in just the past few years, and during these many transitions of ownership one of them finally put a fence up at the front of property to control people (somewhat) from just wandering in. Also, a gate-gaurd was hired to lift the access gate when people wanted in...but, it took several MONTHS before decals were given to identify the Residents vehicles. Each of the different Maintenance groups 'tries' to fix many problems with these OLD buildings, but there is way tooo much to do. It usually takes a few attempts to fix things. Grounds are descent, nothing special but the front looks nicer (to attract unknowing renters). There have been several recent shootings and domestic violence. Also several groups hanging-out in parking lots late at night....music/noise goes right thru cheap-thin windows and walls. Insulation is very bad-expensive utility bills. The Staff is terrible to deal with AFTER you become resident...They are and mean/sharp-tounged when talking at you! The lady in charge of giving Maintenence work-orders is terrible. She is the most difficult person to deal with of all staff. She is NOT efficient and delays most everything about 4-5weeks until you are sooo pissed off, and have to confront her personally and then cause a scene. She will continue to argue with you/ regaurdless of Manager being there(I have experienced this personally), and to get any real attention/results from her, you will have to involve the Better Business Beurau. *** PLEASE LISTEN AND LEARN FROM THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY EXPERIENCED THIS PAIN....YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!! RUN! RUN FAR AWAY! ***
